Schöner Ort mit Eseln katzen und Ziegen. Der käse und Wurst teller war etwas teuer. Aner alles selber gemacht. Geräucherter Ricotta etc

We bought a home made cheese and salami there. Absolutely a cool place where they produce the stuff the same way they did 150 years ago. Recommend to visit and buy something.

La migliore esperienza culinaria ma anche e soprattutto la più tipica del nostro soggiorno tra Friuli Venezia Giulia e Carinzia. Si arriva in 30 minuti a piedi da Borgo Lussari (circa 200 metri di dislivello) e si viene accolti gentilmente e cordialmente dai ragazzi della malga. La location è spartana e ti permette di essere a contatto con le caprette e le mucche che pascolano nei dintorni. Il menù è vario... Noi abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi di malga (super abbondante, ci si mangia in 4), spezzatino d'asino, salsiccia alla griglia e frico (buonissimo) accompagnati da polenta. Mezzo litro di vino della casa e coca cola. Ci siamo rilassati, mangiato in abbondanza (ciò che è rimasto ce l'hanno preparato per il take away) e goduto di un'esperienza unica a contatto con la natura del luogo. I prezzi sono giusti per la qualità offerta. Il nostro conto è stato di 60 euro in 3. È possibile anche acquistare formaggi da asporto e una fantastica ricotta affumicata. Se torneremo in zona Tarvisio, questa sarà una tappa sicura! Imperdibile! La "fatica" per raggiungere la malga viene ripagata dalla cordialità dei proprietari e dall'esperienza vissuta. Per fortuna non è un luogo superinflazionato perché la gente sale a Borgo Lussari e si ferma tra le vie del paesino e spesso non è preparata per un breve trekking di poche decine di minuti in salita/discesa. Consigliatissimo!!!
